Frequently Asked Questions

I get asked a lot of questions about my business. Here are the most common:

1. Do you have an email address?

I'm out walking dogs most of the time, and therefore do not regularly check email. The best way to reach me is to call 412-247-1638 and leave a message. I'll return your call as soon as possible, usually early evening.

2. How does your service work?

As a client, you make a commitment to be on my weekly schedule. I come to your house and your dog and I take a 30-minute walk around your neighborhood. Your dog is on a leash the entire time. The safety and well being of your pet is my first concern. I do not take your dog off leash or go to dog parks. While your dog may be perfectly trained, others are not.

3. Do you offer pet sitting services?

Hearts & Bones is a one-woman operation (at this time). I spend most of the day with various clients, so I generally do not offer pet sitting services.

4. Do you work weekends and holidays?

No. I spend the weekends and holidays with my own four legged family members (a dog, 3 cats, and a horse).

5. How do I get a photo of my dog on your website?

Scan your photo and save it as a .jpg, then email it to my webmaster (Kelly@TechnicalBliss.com). Be sure to make the subject of your email "Hearts and Bones Photo". Don't forget to include your pet's name in the email! In order to keep my design costs down, I ask that you please don't send more than one picture of each pet! Also, I'd prefer that the images be of the pets and not the owners!
